Spring/Summer 2015 Fashion Trends

So we are well and truly in to Spring now and there were some great looks seen on the catwalks of London, Paris and New York for Spring/Summer.

From Military greens to 70's flares, there was something for everyone.

I haven't made my purchases yet but I thought I'd show you what the big fashion houses had on show and what the high street is offering.

The high street stores have so many good offerings at the moment but I found that ASOS had so much to offer that I didn't need to look elsewhere.

I love this look and I think it is such a versatile style. It can be dressed up with a pair of simple heels or dressed down with some sliders or trainers.

Daisy Street - Cargo Pant

ASOS - Shift Dress

Boho/70's inspired

I think it's fab that the 70's boho look is making a comeback. The maxi-style dresses are so wearable and the psychedelic prints really bring a pop of colour to the wardrobe.

ASOS - Textured Peg Trousers

ASOS - Swing Dress

New Look - Bandeau Maxi Dress

Kimono Coats

Kimono's were a feature Spring/Summer 2014 but I think the Kimono Trench is so sleek and sophisticated. Being so lightweight makes it perfect for this time of year.

ASOS - Drapey Kimono

ASOS - Kimono in Maxi Length

I am such a big fan of shirt dresses so I am so pleased they have made a comeback this year. They are so wearable and I love the new long shirt dresses that are out there.

Suede & Fringing

I think Suede and Fringing kind of comes under the 70's/boho inspired section but I absolutely love these looks so gave them a separate section. This look is going to be massive this Summer and really reminds me of festival season.

ASOS - Cami dress

ASOS - Mini Suede Fringed Backpack

ASOS - Mini skirt in suede

I hope you enjoyed this blog post. Please let me know if there's any particular blogs you would love to see from me.

  1. Henna, or mehndi, as it’s popularly known, is the keystone to every desi function that ever existed. Personally, I have an aversion to it, so I chose to forego it even on my wedding Simple Mehndi Designs. Whereas there are people like my baby sisters who deck up their hands and arms to others’ weddings.
